Atmosphere

Near the Water Park, a small bia hoi with chilled atmosphere. It's very bright downstairs and the best seats are upstairs on the secluded balcony.

Food and Drink

Bia Ha Noi was cold and fresh and the grub very good. The sweet and sour ribs were particularly tasty.

They only just opened on 22nd July 2008.
