Perhaps the best Bia Hoi view in Hanoi as it is actually on the lake with views all the way fron the Water Park to the Sofitel. It is set 100m off Lac Long Quan and is quiet from the traffic.

Specialise in seafood and Cold Bia Ha Noi.

They dont appear to open till about 6pm in the evening.
